Biological Formulation for Grease Stain Removal


EN-CLEAN+ is a biological preparation composed of several industrial enzymes. It is 100% natural, safe, environment friendly, and non-toxic. This is used to speed up chemical reaction to break down proteins, fats, oil and grease stains on clothes.

EN-CLEAN+ contains industrial enzymes to effectively remove grease stains from clothes.

EN-CLEAN+ is specialized in degrading grease stains from gloves and coveralls. It is a high-tech, natural (non-GMO), biological product that is safe for both handlers and users. It reduces soaking time and energy requirements to achieve the desired results with incredible precision.

The product is useful in a variety of detergent formulations. It is recommended that the product should be applied to industrial applications only, such as homecare and textile.

This product cannot be applied to food and personal care. Suggested application is described as follows:

1. Prepare 40% (v/v) degreasing solution by dissolving 1 gallon of pure degreaser (equivalent to 3.78 liters) in 5.67 liters of water. Mix well.
2. For gloves that are heavily stained with grease, soak 32 pairs into the solution and leave for 24-48 hours.
3. Brush the gloves lightly to further soften the grease.
4. Load all the gloves into the washing machine. Add 19 grams of detergent (preferably Breeze®) and 19 grams of ENCLEAN+ in 10 liters of warm water (around 40˚C). Spin for 20-30 minutes.
5. Rinse well and dry.
