Enzyme Formulation for Clarification of Fruits and Vegetables

The presence of polysaccharides, proteins, tannins and metals in fruits results to a cloudy or hazy juice after extraction. EN-JUICE CLEAR is a multi-enzyme formulation to clarify juices extracted from fruits and vegetables. It is prepared using submerged fermentation to produce the enzymes which are known for effective clarification. EN-JUICE CLEAR hydrolyses the macromolecules found in fruit juices which increases juice clarity and filterability.

EN-JUICE CLEAR is a powder packed in 1kg foil bag. Other packaging requirement is available upon request. This product should be applied for juice extraction only.

Recommended dosage of EN-JUICE CLEAR is at 0.1% of the total juice extracted. However, it could be optimized in the different fruits/vegetable or production process (within a different temperature, pH and processing time).

Active at temperature up to 50-65°C. Enzymes will be inactivated quickly above 65°C.

EN-JUICE CLEAR has an average shelf life of one year from the time of manufacture, so proper storage is a must: store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. This product maintains its activity for a considerably longer time when stored at lower temperatures (below 25°C). The product should not be frozen.

prepared using submerged fermentation to produce the enzymes which are known for effective beverage extraction and clarification. EN-JUICE MAX hydrolyses the macromolecules found in fruit juices for more effective extraction with higher yield and lower viscosity.

EN-JUICE MAX breaks down pectin and other hemicelluloses found in fruits and vegetables for higher yield with lower cost for raw materials, lower extraction time and without compromise with the environment.
