EN-FEEDACE PHY40
Phytase

Phytic acid is the main source of inositol and phosphorus from seeds/ grains making up to 70% of total phosphorus. The high content of phytic acid in grains becomes a concern of the food and feed industries because the phosphorus in phytic acid is unavailable to monogastric animals like fowls, due to their lack of endogenous phytase. Phytase is an enzyme that catalyzes the reaction that is specific for the dephosphorylation of phytic acid. EN-FEEDACE PHY40 is a feed-grade phytase enzyme that catalyzes the hydrolysis of phytic acid, which releases the inorganic phosphorus.

EN-FEEDACE PHY40 is a white to light brown feed-grade powder packed in 1 kg foil bag. The product is non-GMO, Generally Considered as Safe microbial strain. It reacts on substances which contains phytic acid and is specially prepared animal feeds and industrial applications. Other packaging requirement is available upon request.

EN-FEEDACE PHY40 provides optimum activity between 50-65°C.
