Enzymes: Natural skin lightening active

This product is a creamy white to beige-colored powder with a slight fermentation odor. It is soluble in water, but insoluble in alcohol, oil, chloroform and ether. This product is preservative-free.
The effective pH range is from 4.0 to 8.5 with the optimum pH from 5.5 to 7.0. The effective temperature range is from 30ᵒC to 65ᵒC, with an optimum at 50ᵒC to 60ᵒC.

The product may be useful in a variety of skin care products including creams, lotions, gels, and finishing serums.
Suggested inclusion level is 0.1% after homogenization, at temperature ≤40ᴼC. It is recommended that the product should be added in small portions with continuous stirring to avoid reduction in the pH.
